We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Newcastle United gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags are attached and including the completed returns form inside the parcel.

  Ship to St. James' Park

  Attach the generated prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
